repeal an Act creating a Small Claims Court in and for Columbia County, approved
February 28, 1973 (Ga. L. 1973, p. 2032); to repeal conflicting laws; and for
other purposes.
BE
IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:
SECTION
1.
An
Act creating a Small Claims Court in and for Columbia County, approved February
28, 1973 (Ga. L. 1973, p. 2032) is specifically repealed.
SECTION
2.
All
laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.
