Amend
the Senate Natural Resources and Environment Committee substitute to HB 1320 by
striking lines 7 through 9 of page 19 and inserting in lieu thereof the
following:
Failure
to adequately secure a load, except fresh farm produce,
resulting
in loss of such load onto the roadway which results in
an
