Senators Balfour of the 9th and Henson of the 41st offered the following amendment:

Amend the Senate Natural Resources and the Environment substitute to HB 1320 (LC 25 4551S) by striking lines 30 through 32 of page 10 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
advertisements on such property; or
