offered the following amendment:
Amend
Amendment #1 to the Senate Natural Resources and the Environment committee
substitute to HB 1320 by deleting on line 4 the symbol and word “;
or” and inserting in lieu thereof “and no such political campaign
sign on private property for which permission has been granted shall be subject
to any regulation regarding the length of time such signs may be displayed or
the number of signs which may be placed on private property by any county,
municipality or consolidated government; or”
