Amend
the substitute to HB 1313 by inserting immediately following line 33 of page
14:
“22-1-16.
The provisions of Code Sections 22-1-9, 22-1-10, 22-1-11, 22-1-12, 22-1-13, 22-1-14, and 22-1-15 shall be in addition to the provisions of Article 8 of Chapter 3 of Title 22 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated.”
