Senator Heath of the 31st offered the following amendment:

Amend the Senate Science and Technology Committee substitute (LC 21 8978S) to HB 1290 by inserting between "affiliates" and the semicolon on line 34 on page 2 the following:
or pursuant to the terms of an interconnection agreement or other contractual agreement between voice service providers

By striking "or" on line 8 on page 3.

By striking the period on line 11 on page 3 and inserting the following:
; or

By inserting between lines 11 and 12 on page 3 the following:
(6) Pursuant to a court order or pursuant to a subpoena, discovery request, or notice to produce properly served by any party in a civil action, administrative proceeding, or criminal proceeding.
