Senators Harp of the 29th, Shafer of the 48th, Seabaugh of the 28th, Seay of the 34th, Butler of the 55th and others offered the following amendment:

Amend the Senate Transportation Committee substitute to HB 1097 (LC 25 4560S) by striking line 8 of page 1 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
and other highways;

By striking Section 6 in its entirety.

By redesignating Sections 7, 8, and 9 as Sections 6, 7, and 8, respectively.
