AN ACT
AN ACT
To
amend Code Section 27-4-130.1 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated,
relating to open seasons, creel and possession limits, and minimum size limits
for certain finfish species, so as to change certain provisions relating to
tripletail fish; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other
purposes.
BE
IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:
SECTION
1.
Code
Section 27-4-130.1 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to open
seasons, creel and possession limits, and minimum size limits for certain
finfish species, is amended by striking paragraph (8) of subsection (c) and
inserting in lieu thereof the following:

SECTION
2.
All
laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.
