A RESOLUTION proposing an amendment to the Constitution so as to provide that funds derived from motor fuel taxes may be appropriated for and grant made for all activities incident to providing and maintaining an adequate system of public roads and bridges in this state and for any or all transportation purposes; to provide for submission of this amendment for ratification or rejection; and for other purposes.
