L. 1949, p. 1910), as amended, particularly by an Act approved April 13, 2001 (Ga. L. 2001, p. 4342), so as to change the provisions relating to the compensation of the sheriff; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
