A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 2 of Chapter 6 of Title 5 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to appellate practice, so as to provide that neither the filing of a notice of appeal nor the filing of an appeal of a temporary protective order under Article 1 of Chapter 13 of Title 19 shall act as a stay or supersedeas of such order; to provide for related matters; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
