A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 40-5-20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the requirement for a driver's license, surrender of prior licenses, and prohibition of local licenses, so as to provide that any person charged with the offense of driving without having been issued a valid driver's license shall, in all cases, be fingerprinted and photographed; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
