L. 1949, p. 1910), as amended, particularly by an Act approved April 13, 2001 (Ga. L. 2001, p. 4335), so as to increase the salary of the clerk of the Superior Court of Clayton County; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
