A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 24 of Title 33 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to insurance generally, so as to provide that all policies of life insurance issued in this state shall provide for the payment of a minimum burial benefit which shall be paid directly to the funeral home or funeral director that handled the burial or cremation of the insured; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
