A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 1 of Title 36 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions relative to counties, so as to require the governing authority of each county to provide an acceptable location for the disposal of septic tank waste; to authorize a county to enter into agreements to dispose of septic tank waste in lieu of providing a location for such disposal within the county; to authorize land application of certain septic tank waste; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
