A BILL to amend Article 1 of Chapter 13 of Title 48 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions concerning specific, business, and occupation taxes, so as to provide that counties and municipalities shall be liable for all costs and attorney's fees incurred by any person against whom any local ordinance or resolution is sought to be enforced that is in conflict with the provisions of such article and is invalid; to provide for procedures; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
