A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 47-6-60 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to employee contributions in the Georgia Legislative Retirement System, payment of employee contributions on behalf of the member, and additional contributions, so as to provide that for purposes of calculating the member's contribution, the member's salary shall be the combination of his or her monthly salary and any per diem payments he or she receives; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
