L. 1991, p. 4042), as amended, particularly by an Act approved May 30, 2003 (Ga. L. 2003, p. 3926), so as to authorize the board of education to set the millage rate for the school district's property tax; to provide for related matters; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
