L. 1985, p. 4481), as amended, particularly by an Act approved April 6, 1996 (Ga. L. 1996, p. 3944), so as to change certain provisions regarding the compensation and expense allowance of the members of the board; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
