A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 14 of Article 6 of Chapter 2 of Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to quality basic education, so as to provide that no school or school system receiving state funds shall prohibit or restrict the use of historical documents in classrooms for educational purposes on the basis that such documents contain or make reference to God; to provide a definition; to provide for related matters; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
