L. 1979, p. 3404), as amended, particularly by an ordinance filed with the Secretary of State on February 17, 2005 (Ga. L. 2005, p. 4274), so as to change the powers and duties of the mayor; to provide for a city manager; to provide for the appointment of a city clerk; to provide for the appointment of a city attorney; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
