A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 47-3-41 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the annuity savings fund of the Teachers Retirement System of Georgia, so as to provide that the board of trustees of such retirement system shall be authorized, under certain conditions, to establish an employee's contribution rate at not less than 3 percent nor more than 6 percent of the member's compensation; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
