A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 5 of Chapter 4 of Title 26 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to prescription drugs, so as to prohibit the requirement of prior authorization or other restrictions on medications prescribed for certain treatments and for critical or life-threatening medical conditions for patients enrolled in Medicaid or any state funded health care program; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
