A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 1 of Chapter 36 of Title 36 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions relative to the annexation of territory, so as to provide that a municipal corporation may not annex property located in a county in which less than 10 percent of such municipality lies without the consent of the county governing authority; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
