A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 1 of Chapter 18 of Title 45 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the state employees' health insurance plan, so as to provide that any person who receives compensation pursuant to a resolution of the General Assembly relative to a claim against the state for wrongful conviction approved on or after January 1, 2005, shall be eligible to participate in the state employees' health insurance plan; to provide for an appropriation of funds; to provide for application; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
