Remarks by Sen. Sam Zamarripa (D-Atlanta)

ATLANTA (04/05/06)- Sen. Sam Zamarripa (D-Atlanta) held a press conference today to announce his decision not to seek re-election for his seat in the State Senate.  

ATLANTA (01/23/06)- Leaders and residents from residential high-rises across Atlanta met with Senator Zamarripa at the Capitol today to urge governor Sonny Perdue to issue an executive order authorizing the use of DDS mobile ID units to issue ID's to elderly and disabled residents in high-rise communities.  

ATLANTA (01/20/06)- Senator Sam Zamarripa (D-Atlanta) held a press conference Monday, January 23 to urge the use of mobile ID units that will give senior citizens and persons with disabilities better access to state issued photo IDs.
