"The Speaker's Internship Program is an opportunity for Georgia's future leaders to gain first hand experience about the legislative process and politics in Georgia. It is my hope that every student who spends a semester at the Capitol will walk away with an appreciation for the hard work, dedication, and spirit of cooperation it takes to effectively lead our state"
