Already committee work has taken a decisive turn with imminent domain, life long electric monitoring of sex offenders, and a plan to facilitate free photo i.d.’s. at all of Georgia’s 159 county voter registrars offices.

Also on tap are numerous other bills and resolutions that have been introduced and all this just on the second day.

So far this year nearly 90 bills and over 200 resolutions have been introduced.

And the Governor will give his annual state of the state address this afternoon, an occasion which allows him to assess Georgia’s economy, outline his budget priorities and lay out the highlights of his legislative agenda.
