State Representative Jeff Lewis (R-White) represents the 15 th District in the Georgia House of Representatives. Rep. Lewis is the Chairman of the House Public Utilities & Telecommunications Committees. Rep. Lewis is one of the most experienced legislators in the General Assembly, and he is entering his seventh term in the House. He is also a member of the Appropriations, Rules, and Ways & Means Committees.

A self-employed small businessman from Bartow County, Rep. Lewis has built a successful advertising and real estate management business. With a degree in Political Science & Philosophy and an M.B.A in Economics & Finance, Rep. Lewis is extremely knowledgeable in regard to the Georgia Tax Code and revenue. This is why he was chosen to Chair the Ways & Means Subcommittee on Income Tax issues and legislation. For twelve years his passion has been tax related matters and its reduction. Over 50% of his introduced bills have dealt with the tax code.
