Athens Representative Keith Heard has remained a faithful public servant to the people of House District 114, since he was first elected in 1994. The legislator’s current law-making duties include membership on the Appropriations, Intragovernmental Coordination and Insurance Committees. Despite his busy life under the Gold Dome, Representative Heard also enjoys a career in the Insurance industry. He and his wife Charmaine currently reside in Athens.
