RESOLUTION
Recognizing
and commending Mr. Jeff Duncan; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS,
Mr. Jeff Duncan has provided excellent leadership as the Chairman of the
Cherokee County Republican Party for the 2003-2004 term; and
WHEREAS,
Mr. Duncan has served the Cherokee County community with great care and has
dedicated himself to improving the quality of life enjoyed by its citizens;
and
WHEREAS,
during his tenure, Mr. Duncan has always adhered to the highest standards of
conduct and has displayed great energy, intelligence, ability, and dedication to
the betterment of the State of Georgia; and
WHEREAS,
Mr. Duncan's hard work and commitment to the State of Georgia and its citizens
springs from his outstanding patriotism and the genuine pride he takes in his
community, his state, and his country; and
WHEREAS,
Mr. Duncan is a community leader of outstanding integrity, loyalty, and service,
meriting sincere thanks and commendation.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body join in
recognizing Mr. Jeff Duncan and commend his outstanding service as the 2003-2004
Chairman of the Cherokee County Republican Party.
BE
IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed
to transmit an appropriate copy of this resolution to Mr. Jeff
Duncan.
