Senate Public Safety and Homeland Security Committee offered the following
amendment:
Amend
SB 485 by striking line 25 and 26 of page 1 and inserting in lieu thereof the
following:
by
this subsection may, within the discretion of the sentencing court, be suspended
for 90 days.
