RESOLUTION
Celebrating
the birth of Jonathan David Casas; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS,
in Lawrenceville, Georgia, on February 3, 2005, at 8:00 A.M., Representative
David Casas and Mrs. Ann E. Casas became the proud parents of a new baby,
Jonathan David Casas; and
WHEREAS,
this healthy and happy baby boy weighed in at 7 pounds and 5 ounces and was
19½ inches in length; and
WHEREAS,
born with a wealth of family and friends, including his wonderful big sister,
Miss Mary Elisabeth "Ellie" Casas, he is adored by all who lay eyes on him, and
all are eager to see his first steps and learn what his first words will be;
and
WHEREAS,
the fourth grandchild of Mr. A. David Casas and Mrs. Elisa B. Casas is the apple
of their eye, and Mr. Don Summers and Mrs. Mary Summers are excited to share
their stories and memories with their twenty-second grandchild; and
WHEREAS,
Representative David Casas and Mrs. Ann E. Casas are distinguished citizens of
Georgia, and the birth of their new son brings joy to all who are privileged to
know them.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that the members of
this body congratulate Representative David Casas and Ann E. Casas on the birth
of their new baby, Jonathan David Casas, and wish a long and happy life for this
new Georgian.

IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized
and directed to transmit an appropriate copy of this resolution to the proud
parents of Jonathan David Casas.
