A
RESOLUTION
Honoring
Miss Christine Fludd on the occasion of her high school graduation; and for
other purposes.
WHEREAS,
in the spring of 2005, Miss Christine Fludd will graduate with distinction from
Sandy Creek High School in Tyrone, Georgia; and
WHEREAS,
throughout her high school career, this December 2001 Student of the Month has
demonstrated her caring nature through her many volunteer activities and her
work as a junior counselor at drama camp, assisting in a theater production for
children ages eight to 13; and
WHEREAS,
this outstanding young lady has been an exceptionally talented member of her
high school track team and marching band whose excellence has been recognized
by a Track and Field Award Letter, a Marching Band Merit Award, and a Marching
Band Award Letter as well as her Superior Drum Major Rating at the Hawkinsville
Competition of the LaFayette Marching Competition in 2004; and
WHEREAS,
she has shared her musical gifts as a private music lesson instructor, teaching
students concert etiquette and music basics with a specialization in clarinet;
and
WHEREAS,
the State of Georgia looks with great anticipation toward the future of this
bright and promising young citizen.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that the members of
this body join in honoring Miss Christine Fludd at this exciting time in her
life and extend their sincere best wishes for her continued success and
happiness.
BE
IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized
and directed to transmit an appropriate copy of this resolution to Miss
Christine Fludd.
