RESOLUTION
Recognizing
Ms. Rosa "Nell" Carroll and commending her outstanding career with Southwestern
State Hospital's dental clinic; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS,
for the past 34 years, Ms. Rosa "Nell" Carroll has treated mentally handicapped
and mentally ill patients from 29 counties in southwest Georgia at the
Southwestern State Hospital's dental clinic; and
WHEREAS,
despite what were often difficult circumstances, she was able to deliver
excellent dental care to her patients in a compassionate and respectful manner;
and
WHEREAS,
she is highly esteemed by her colleagues for her commitment, cheerful demeanor,
and expertise; and
WHEREAS,
throughout her career, Ms. Carroll has displayed kindness, patience, and
indefatigable dedication to the many patients within her care; and
WHEREAS,
Ms. Carroll's commitment to her fellow man is exemplary of the highest personal
standards and merits sincere thanks and commendation.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that the members of
this body join in recognizing and commending Ms. Rosa "Nell" Carroll for her
exceptional career and extend their sincere congratulations and best wishes for
a happy and healthy retirement.

IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized
and directed to transmit an appropriate copy of this resolution to Ms. Rosa
"Nell" Carroll.
