RESOLUTION
Honoring
the Riverdale High School Technology Student Association; and for other
purposes.
WHEREAS,
the Riverdale High School Technology Student Association established and
maintained a proud tradition of excellence in technology education;
and
WHEREAS,
these accomplishments are the culmination of a year of hard work, dedication,
and exceptional teamwork among this
yeaŕs
team members who include five Governor's Honors Winners; and
WHEREAS,
with the support of their family and friends and under the expert and unwavering
guidance of Instructor R. Steven Price, the members of the Riverdale High
School Technology Student Association have been and will continue to be
successful in their academic endeavors; and
WHEREAS,
the crowning achievement of their year occurred when they were named 2005
Georgia Technology Student Association Champions and these outstanding young
students deserve much credit for their energy, hard work, and commitment to
excellence; and
WHEREAS,
the Riverdale community and the State of Georgia take great pride in the
dedication and enthusiasm of these promising young scholars.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that the members of
this body commend the members of the Riverdale High School Technology Student
Association for their pursuit of academic excellence and extend to them the most
sincere best wishes for continued success in the future.

IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized
and directed to transmit appropriate copies of this resolution to R. Steven
Price.
