BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
AN ACT
To
amend an Act to provide a new charter for the City of Greensboro, approved March
16, 1978 (Ga. L. 1978, p. 3932), as amended, so as to annex
certain property and land into the corporate limits of the City of Greensboro;
to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other
purposes.

IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:
SECTION
1.
An
Act to provide a new charter for the City of Greensboro, approved March 16, 1978
(Ga. L. 1978, p. 3932), as amended, is amended by designating the
existing text in subsection (a) of Section 1.11 as paragraph (1) and adding a
new paragraph (2) to read as follows:
"(2)
In addition to the area set forth in paragraph (1) of this subsection, the
corporate boundaries shall also include the following tracts of
land:
