BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
AN ACT
To
amend Title 10 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to commerce
and trade, so as to repeal Chapter 14, the "Georgia Cemetery and Funeral
Services Act of 2000"; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other
purposes.
BE
IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:
SECTION
1.
Title
10 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to commerce and trade, is
amended by striking and reserving Chapter 10, the "Georgia Cemetery and Funeral
Services Act of 2000.
SECTION
2.
All
laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.
