BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
AN ACT
To
provide for the manner of making appointments to fill vacancies in the
membership of the board of the Dodge County Hospital Authority; to repeal a
local law for purposes of conformity; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other
purposes.
BE
IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:
SECTION
1.
On
and after July 1, 2006, appointments to fill vacancies on the board of the Dodge
County Hospital Authority shall be made in accordance with the provisions of
subsection (b) of Code Section 31-7-72 of the O.C.G.A., as amended.
SECTION
2.
An
Act to provide for the membership of the board of the Dodge County Hospital
Authority, approved March 8, 1993 (Ga. L. 1993, p. 4608), is hereby repealed in
its entirety.
SECTION
3.
All
laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.
