A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT

To provide that the chief magistrate of Webster County shall have the authority to appoint a person other than the clerk of the superior court to serve as clerk of the Magistrate Court of Webster County; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:

SECTION 1.
Any other provision of law to the contrary notwithstanding, the chief magistrate of Webster County shall have the authority to appoint a person other than the clerk of the superior court to serve as clerk of the Magistrate Court of Webster County.

SECTION 2.
All laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.
