BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
AN ACT
To
amend an Act reincorporating the City of Clayton, approved August 17, 1909 (Ga.
L. 1909, p. 600), as amended, so as to change and extend the corporate limits of
said city; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
BE
IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:
SECTION
1.
An
Act reincorporating the City of Clayton, approved August 17, 1909 (Ga. L. 1909,
p. 600), as amended, is amended by adding a new section immediately following
Section 2.1, to be designated as Section 2.2, to read as follows:
"SECTION
2.2.
In
addition to the present territory included within the corporate limits of said
city, the corporate limits shall specifically include the following tract or
parcel of land located in Rabun County, Georgia:
All
that tract or parcel of land, lying and being in Land Lots 21 and 22 of the 5th
District, Rabun County, Georgia and being more particularly described as
follows:
All
that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lots 21 and 22 in the Fifth
Land District of Rabun County, Georgia containing 22.48 acres as shown on a plat
of survey made by William F. Rolader, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor #2042,
dated February 7, 2005, and more particularly described as follows TO
