First Reader SummaryA BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 1 of Chapter 6 of Title 40 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions relative to the uniform rules of the road, so as to provide that between the hours of sunset and sunrise, the driver and passengers in a motor vehicle stopped by a law enforcement officer shall remain in the vehicle; to provide that the driver of such vehicle shall turn the vehicle off and turn the interior lights on; to provide for a penalty; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
