A BILL to amend Chapter 62 of Title 36 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, the "Development Authorities Law," so as to provide that development authorities may be dissolved by action of the parent governments so long as the authority to be dissolved does not have any outstanding unpaid bonds or bond anticipation notes; and for other purposes.
