A BILL to amend Chapter 9 of Title 34 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to workers' compensation, so as to change a provision relating to the presumed dependency of the husband or wife of a deceased employee; to authorize the Board of Workers' Compensation to approve a no-liability stipulated settlement between parties; to authorize agreements for lump sum settlements prorated over the life expectancy of the injured employee; and for other purposes.
