A BILL to amend Subpart 2 of Part 2 of Article 16 of Chapter 2 of Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to public school disciplinary tribunals, so as to require local board of education policies prohibiting attendance of students having fingernails over a certain length and to provide for inclusion of such policies in certain codes of conduct and publications; and for other purposes.
