A BILL to amend Article 4 of Chapter 4 of Title 24 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to DNA analysis upon conviction of certain sex offenses, so as to authorize that, in addition to blood samples, oral swabs or a sample obtained from a noninvasive procedure may be taken for DNA analysis to determine identification characteristics specific to the person; and for other purposes.
