  1- 1  Expressing congratulations to the family of Isabelle Elise 
  1- 2  Channell; and for other purposes. 
 
  1- 3  WHEREAS, Isabelle Elise Channell was born on March 5, 2000, 
  1- 4  to her proud parents Kelly Henson and Robert Melvin Channell 
  1- 5  III of Watkinsville, Georgia; and 
 
  1- 6  WHEREAS, she is most fortunate in being the granddaughter of 
  1- 7  our colleague Robert Melvin Channell, Jr., and his lovely 
  1- 8  wife Carolyn DeVane Channell; and 
 
  1- 9  WHEREAS, few moments in the life of any family surpass the 
  1-10  joy shared by a family on the birth of a child; and 
 
  1-11  WHEREAS, Isabelle Elise was named for her maternal 
  1-12  great-grandmother, Phoebe Elise Morrow, and her paternal 
  1-13  great-great-grandmother, Nora Isabelle Hart; and 
 
  1-14  WHEREAS, the maternal grandparents are Wilma Undine (Morrow) 
  1-15  and Richard Lay Henson; great-grandparents include Phoebe 
  1-16  Elise (Healan) and Kenneth Francis Morrow and Hazel (Lay) 
  1-17  and James Ivory Henson; and great-great-grandparents include 
  1-18  Blanche Undine (Stockton) and Claude Jackson Healan, Stella 
  1-19  Era (Casper) and Carson Francis Morrow, Mamie (Haynie) and 
  1-20  Marion Richardson Lay, and Addie (Donaldson) and Jefferson 
  1-21  Henson; and 
 
  1-22  WHEREAS, the paternal great-grandparents are Carrie (Hart) 
  1-23  and James Roy DeVane and Pauline (Jackson) and Robert Melvin 
  1-24  Channell, Sr.; and great-great-grandparents include Jimmie 
  1-25  Lee (Williams) and James Coleman DeVane, Nora Isabelle 
  1-26  (Kinard) and Herbert Cooper Hart, Fannie Bell (Finch) and 
  1-27  Henry Conway Channell, and Laura Reed (Smith) and John 
  1-28  Harrison Jackson. 
 
  1-29  NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF 
  1-30  REPRESENTATIVES that the members of this body recognize 
  1-31  Isabelle Elise Channell and convey their best wishes to this 
  1-32  proud family. 
 
  1-33  BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of
