                        A BILL TO BE ENTITLED 
                               AN ACT 
 
 
  1- 1  To amend Code Section 15-6-3 of the Official Code of Georgia 
  1- 2  Annotated, relating to terms of the superior courts, so as 
  1- 3  to change the terms of the Superior Court of Randolph County 
  1- 4  and Brooks County; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other 
  1- 5  purposes. 
 
  1- 6       BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA: 
 
  1- 7                           SECTION 1. 
 
  1- 8  Code Section 15-6-3 of the Official Code of Georgia 
  1- 9  Annotated, relating to terms of the superior courts, is 
  1-10  amended by striking subparagraph (E) of paragraph (31) and 
  1-11  (A) of paragraph (35) of said Code section and inserting in 
  1-12  their place the following: 
 
  1-13        "(E) Randolph County -- First Monday in May and 
  1-14        November October." 
 
  1-15        "(A) Brooks County -- First Monday in April and 
  1-16        November October." 
 
  1-17                           SECTION 2. 
 
  1-18  All laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are
