A BILL to amend Code Section 40-5-24 of the Official Code of
Georgia Annotated, relating to instruction permits and graduated
licensing and related restrictions, so as to provide that with
respect to any resident of this state who has a Class M driver's
license with a restriction applicable to either a two-wheel or
three-wheel motorcycle and who makes application for a motorcycle
instruction permit and successfully passes all parts of the
examination other than the driving test applicable to the type of
motorcycle for which such person's Class M license evidences a
restriction, the department shall issue to such person an
instruction permit with limitations; and for other purposes.
