A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 2 of Article 2 of Chapter 4 of Title 38 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the war veterans home, so as to require the Veterans Service Board to apply for certification for the Georgia State War Veterans' Home to participate in the medicare and Medicaid programs; to provide for payment to the Department of Veterans Service from third-party payers; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
